Our Saunas & Cold Plunge Pools

Our two saunas, the cold-water plunge pool, and the shower fountain make up a textile sauna area, located directly next to the swimming pool.
Therefore, nude sauna use is not permitted.

Our Saunas & Cold-Water Pool

Finnish Sauna (85°C)

Daily from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Note: The Finnish sauna and herbal steam sauna operate in alternating mode.

Herbal Steam Sauna (60°C)

A mild climate with essential oils strengthens the immune system and supports the respiratory tract.
Open daily from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Infrared Sauna

The deep heat can help relieve muscle and joint pain, improve blood circulation, and promote relaxation. It may also strengthen the immune system and support detoxification, as it promotes intense sweating.

Cold-Water Pool

Adjustable to a water temperature as low as 3°C: Cold bathing or cold therapy can provide a variety of health benefits. These include strengthening the immune system, improving circulation, reducing inflammation and pain, promoting post-workout recovery, and even having a positive effect on mood. Available daily from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For relaxation between sauna sessions, we offer 6–8 lounge chairs located between the swimming pool and sauna area.

Rules in the Textile Sauna

In our textile saunas, wearing swimwear is mandatory. However, there are a few rules to follow to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests. It is important that swimwear is clean and towel-dry. Natural fibers such as cotton are recommended because they allow better air circulation. A towel is also mandatory to protect the sauna benches from dirt and sweat.

Swimwear

Bikinis, swimsuits, or swim trunks are common. It is important that the clothing is clean and towel-dry — please do not enter the sauna directly from the pool, but dry off with a towel first.

Towel

A large towel should be used as a base on the sauna benches to protect them from sweat.

Shower

Before and after using the sauna, shower thoroughly to remove sweat and any residues from the skin.

Hydration

It is important to drink enough fluids before, during, and after your sauna session to support your body’s cleansing processes. A free drinking water dispenser is available for you to use.

Peace & Behavior

If you are talking to someone in the sauna, please keep your voice at a pleasant volume so as not to disturb the relaxation of other guests. Respectful behavior toward other guests is very important to us in the textile sauna.
