The swimming pool at the Carolinger Indoor Pool Weyer measures 17.5 m x 9.0 m and includes an adjacent textile sauna area. It is designed to help you stay fit and improve your athletic performance. The water temperature is approximately 28°C. When swimming courses take place, lane width may be restricted; however, we limit access during those times so that regular lane swimming remains possible.
Changing Facilities
Yes, the Carolinger Indoor Pool Weyer naturally offers changing facilities. Showers and toilets are located directly inside the building, and you can use them before and after swimming. The changing areas are well equipped, ensuring you can comfortably prepare for your visit. If you would like more details or specific information, please let us know!
Lockers
Lockers in the Carolinger Indoor Pool Weyer are secured with a coin-lock system. Please bring a €1 or €2 coin for the locker — this will release a wristband key. Unfortunately, a chip system is not possible due to the barrier-free access.
Baby Swimming with Diapers Not Allowed
Due to the water quality standards required for a public swimming pool, we are unfortunately unable to offer baby swimming. Please only bring children who are already diaper-free. Since the pool has a uniform depth of 1.36 m, the water circulation and filtration capacity are not designed for the use of swim diapers.
Access for Children Only with Adult Supervision
Children are not permitted to visit the Carolinger Indoor Pool Weyer without adult supervision. Accompaniment by an adult is required for safety and supervisory reasons.
If you have further questions about child-friendliness or the rules, we are happy to help! Please send us an email or call us at 06483 / 800 7765.
Access to the Indoor Pool
To enter the indoor pool, you will need a barcode from Ticketbro (mobile app) on your smartphone or in printed form. Hold the barcode up to the access control system at the entrance door of the Carolinger Landhaus (swimming pool entrance).
Accessible Entrance
After entering through the main door, you can take the elevator to the pool area. In front of the men’s and women’s changing rooms, you will find a wheelchair-accessible toilet. The pool area itself does not have special disabled equipment, but a staircase approximately 2.5 meters wide provides access to the water.
The Carolinger Indoor Pool Weyer offers swimming lessons and swimming badges for children. Children who can already swim but do not yet have a badge can earn their “Seepferdchen” (Little Seahorse) and other swimming badges with us.
